Dear all,
I just had to write to say a huge 'Thank You' for the excellent service you have provided.
I bought my husband a Timex tide watch in November from you, which from the start was a smooth transaction and for that alone I would use your company again. However the watch was damaged during a dive and when I wrote to ask if it could be repaired I was blown away by your service.
Within a week you had sent a returns form with all the data I needed on it, then after posting it to you late on Wednesday I received a brand new watch on Saturday morning.
What a fantastic result - my husband was over the moon.
With much of life being run over the internet these days I have come across endless red tape and inefficiency while buying online from other companies, and to receive such a superb service has restored my faith.
