After downloading the data, an athlete, trainer or physician can analyse and log it using PC software to receive detailed information based on heart-rate variation.
Operating on a secure, 2.4 GHz frequency, the Suunto Memory Belttransmits real-time heart-rate information to a coach or clinician for immediate analysis during a workout. And if a break in transmission occurs, the complete training session can be retrieved from the unit's internal memory.
