The Suunto Running Pack features the Suunto t3 watch, which analyses the intervals between the two phases of each heartbeat and translates the data into a Training Effect on a clear 1 to 5 scale. This Training Effect scale acts as a training guide on your past efforts and your potential aerobic fitness and it indicates how to achieve improved performance at a pace that you determine.
The Running Pack also contains the Foot POD. The Foot POD is a light, robust device that attaches easily to your shoe and transmits the data of the speed and distance from your run to the t3. The Foot POD can also be primed to alert you if you move above or below the speed parameters you have set yourself.
The Running Pack also includes the Suunto SmartBelt, the heart-rate transmitter belt.
