The Suunto Marathon Pack features the advanced Suunto t4 Heart-Rate Monitor Watch and is suitable for athletes training for events such as the marathon or triathlon.
The Marathon Pack also comes with the Suunto Coaching Programme.
The Suunto Virtual Coach takes into account changing physiological conditions to help you progress. The Suunto t4 uses the Foot POD to acquire speed and distance data, which are then stored in the PC POD, which can log, store and wirelessly upload all your data to a PC for analysis with the Suunto Training Software provided in the pack.
Marathon Pack Contents
Suunto t4Heart-Rate Monitor Watch (Suunto ANT Belt included) is a heart-rate monitor with Virtual Coach that recommends workout times, frequency and duration to keep you on track to realise your goals. If you decline a suggested exercise session, the Suunto t4 will adapt to make it up later on in the week. The t4 provides accurate information on heart rate, calories burned, quantified training effect, logbook and speed & distance (with Suunto PODs).
The Suunto Foot POD adds running speed and distance to your Suunto training. Pace, speed, distance, autolap and speed alarm help you reach your training goals. 'As light as a feather', it is unnoticeable when worn, clips firmly to the shoe without untying the lace and has a user-replaceable battery.
Suunto PC POD enables you or your trainer to view your data in real time on a PC. This can link wirelessly to your PC or be taken with you when training and will store all your data plus two friends wirelessly with the t3 and the t4. The wireless range is 10 m (33 ft).
