The Suunto Foot POD is a lightweight, wireless attachment that helps you to measure your speed & distance, heart rate and time, with your Suunto t Series heart-rate monitor (Suunto t3, t4 or t6).
This results in a more complete picture of your training as well as enhanced functionality of your wristop computer and Suunto Training Manager software, which can then add speed profiles and graphs for post-training analysis.
The Suunto Foot POD attaches securely to your shoe with easy-to-use clips and, once paired with your Suunto t3, t4 or t6, can alert you during your run if you stray outside, either above or below, self-set speed limits.
Running speed & distance, automatic lap times and lap distances are displayed, making the Suunto Foot POD an invaluable tool for interval training.
