Please order from the options below. We will need a copy of your prescription, which must be less than 2 years old and be issued by a registered optician who has tested your eyes. Please ensure that your pupillary distance (PD) is included. This is the distance between your pupils, which must be measured by your optician.
After placing your order, you will be given an order number and you can then either email us with a scan of your prescription, fax it to us on 0870 0511 855 or post it to

In all cases, please enclose your order number and name with the prescription.
