Delivery Information

We`re Fanatical about Service. We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days and all items of value are despatched using a tracked and/or signed delivery service.

Where delivery times are urgent (eg Birthday tomorrow!) or if you require Express Courier Delivery, please place your order and then email (or phone us) stating your order number in the subject line of your email.

^*UK Deliveries outside of Mainland UK and to Highlands and Islands may be subject to additional charges.

Security

When you send us your personal information, the link between your PC and our server is encrypted using Industry standard methods - usually referred to as SSL (128 bit encryption) before being stored on secure servers at remote locations behind firewalls.

Our computers then use your card details to take payment and make refunds automatically. Our sales staff do not have access to credit card details.

Payment Information

We welcome payment in £, US $ or € Euros. Please click the appropriate currency flag at the top of the page and use the Secure Checkout. Your card will be debited in that currency. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer please email or call us.

If you use a Credit or Debit Card you can:

• request an alternative delivery address (eg work) and
• make subsequent additions or
• changes to your order quickly.

If you use PayPal, please note:

• PayPal orders can be delivered to your registered PayPal address only.
• Changes to orders may require a new transaction.
• Paypal orders are charged before releasing your order for processing.

If you are purchasing Knives or Hazardous Goods, please note:

• In order to restrict sales to Adults we accept Credit Card Payments only.
